Returns Specialist

OUR OPPORTUNITY:

Nani is looking for a genuine and organized Returns Specialist to join our team at our Smithfield, UT warehouse. If you are dedicated and hardworking and love the Nani vibe, we want to hear from you! We are looking to hire immediately.

ABOUT THE JOB:

-Pay negotiable, starting $8-$10 hour. 

-Required to work at the Nani Swimwear Smithfield, UT warehouse.

-Minimum Required 20 hours/week, flexible schedule.

-Employees receive free products and discounts!

-We work hard but play hard too! Activities and team parties are held often.

-Inspect returned items to determine eligibility for refund/store credit based on Nani Return Policy.

-Update inventory and detail which items were not eligible for return. 

-Research and problem solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, think proactively, and set follow-ups as needed to ensure resolution.

-Operate with understanding, utilize active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to customers and Team Members alike.

-Operate with a willingness to learn. We share feedback, we get feedback, and we operate in a culture of being open-minded to grow.

 

 

ABOUT YOU:

-Operate with ownership, be a self-starter, and have a strong attention to detail.

-Be dependable and consistent in scheduled hours.

-Must bring proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.

-Must be able to pass a background check.
