If you’ve ever stood at the shoreline, toes in the sand, the ocean breeze on your face, and taken one long deep breath, you’ve felt the magic of the ocean.

She doesn’t just offer a view, she gives us calmness, a moment to pause, and a much needed reset. The ocean gets us. There’s a reason we keep coming back to the water. It’s where we dive in, try something new, hang with our people, and let the day slow down. We feel a little more alive out there with wind in our hair and sun-kissed skin. The ocean gives us so much! But here’s the thing, she does need our help! 

It’s easier than we think. Small actions, done often, by more of us, that’s how we change the tide.

Leave it better than you found it

Pick up what you brought, and if you can, a little extra. A few wrappers, a stray water bottle cap. Small actions like this add up when more of us are doing it.

Rethink what you bring to the beach

Instead of packaged snacks and plastic wrap, go old school- fruit, sandwiches in containers, and a big shared jug of water. Less trash and more chic.

Switch to reef-safe sunscreen

A lot of popular sunscreens contain chemicals that harm marine life and coral reefs. Mineral-based sunscreens protect your skin without polluting the sea.

Support brands that care

From swimwear to everyday essentials, choose products and companies that are doing their part, especially women-owned brands that are working to protect the planet.

Speak up and share

Be that hype girl. Get everyone excited by showing a quick beach cleanup on your story or recommending your favorite ocean friendly products. You never know who you’re inspiring.

When enjoying the Ocean and actively protecting it, you’ll want to do it in a suit that moves with you. If you are snorkeling, boogie boarding, lounging on the beach, or bending down to pick up a piece of discarded trash, your swimwear should feel as good as your impact!
