Is my purchase eligible for return?
The return window is 30 days from the order shipping date.
Item must be in original condition to be eligible for return. Which means:
- Free from makeup and deodorant.
- With tags and hygienic liner.
Last Chance discounted items are final sale and not eligible to return or exchange.
Returns for exchanges and store-credit are eligible for free return shipping. When requesting a refund to the original form of payment, a shipping and processing cost of $8.00 per order will be deducted from the refund amount.
When requesting Instant Exchange, a $1.00 charge is applied to the order temporarily until return items are shipped back within 14 days. If items are not shipped within the 14 day window, customers will be charged the full amount for new items.
