Return and Exchange Policy 

 ALL SALES FINAL ON SALE OR CLOSEOUT ITEMS.

We strongly suggest you review our sizing guide to help make the correct size choice when ordering.  We are happy to help if you have questions regarding sizing, contact us at sales@naniswimwear.com. 

Returns will be accepted if post marked within 14 days of product delivery.  Any returned item after 14 days will only be issued store credit at the current value of the item.  NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 30 DAYS.  Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  Exchanged items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 You may return your item if it meets the following criteria: 

    • The item is still in original new condition.  It has not been worn, washed, torn, snagged, stained or damaged in any way.  It is free from all deodorant marks and any make-up or foundation. 
    • All tags are still attached.  
    • The hygienic liner is still in place and securely attached. 
    • The item(s) meets the required eligible time frame.

    Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer.  

    Return and exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer.   We do not refund shipping fees. We advise using a tracking number on your return shipment.  We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the mailing process.  

    Please include a copy of your invoice or your order number to insure proper credit.  Also, please include a detailed reason (fit, size, color) for return/exchange.  We are always striving to make our products better and appreciate your feedback.

    We will process refunds within 5 days of receipt. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment.  You credit card company may take up to 2 weeks to process the credit on your account.

    If there is any quality issue with your item, please contact us within seven days of receiving your merchandise at sales@naniswimear.com, and we will do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
