We'll help you get started! Just have your order number and shipping zip code in hand.
The order number is on the packing slip and also in your order confirmation email.

Our returns system is fully automated. The Return/Exchange process is activated when mail carriers scan the labels received in your email when the return authorization has been completed.
Last Chance and Full Price items require separate visits to our return portal. They will require the separate shipping labels emailed from the portal to receive proper credit.
Is my purchase eligible for return?
The return window is 30 days from the tracking number delivery date.
Item must be in original condition. Which means:
- Free from makeup and deodorant.
- With tags and hygenic liner.
Discount or Last Chance items are only eligible to return for store credit.

Free return labels are provided for any exchange. Please visit our return portal for quick and easy authorization.

We’ve got you! With our Instant Exchange process, you can have a new product shipped to you right away. One exchange per order is allowed.

Want a FREE Return Label but not ready to commit to a product?
We offer FREE return label when store credit is chosen.
This option provides a FREE return label and your full refund amount will be emailed to you on a Nani gift card.
(Gift cards have no expiration.)
Store Credit is issued automatically when the package is scanned by the mail carrier as delivered at our warehouse.

Return for Refund
All refunds are issued in the orginal form of payment used on the order you are returning. You will recieve an email notification when your refund has been issued.
The return shipping cost of $8 will be deducted from your refund amount.
