Nani Outlet Store: 3065 North 200 West, Suite #100, North Logan, Utah. Hours: Tuesday to Friday - 10 am to 6 pm. Saturday - 10 am to 4 pm.
The Nani Outlet Store does not provide online order pick-ups.

Nani is the Hawaiian word for beautiful and was chosen because we want every woman to feel Nani. Our mission is to create fashion-forward, active swimwear that empowers women to feel comfortable and confident. The Nani brand pillars are super important to us and include sustainability, inclusivity, and active coverage.

Orders
As soon as you place an order, our fulfillment center is on it, working hard to get your package out fast. Check your order carefully before submitting it at checkout, as we are unable to cancel or edit it once it has been placed. We are happy to accept any unwanted items for return. Here is the link to our return portal!
There has been an increasing number of USPS orders scanned as delivered a day before they reach the customer. We recommend checking with your neighbors and your local post office first. Packages almost always appear after a day or two.
If your tracking number shows the package was shipped but the tracking never updates, and you purchased shipping insurance with your order, please reach out to our customer care team to make an insurance claim.
If you didn't receive an email confirming your order number, please reach out to our customer care team. It's possible that the email address was entered incorrectly, but don't worry—we can help you fix it. Let us know which email address you'd like to receive order updates.
This doesn’t happen often, and we’re so sorry it happened to you! Please send a photo of the damaged item, along with the order number, to help@naniswimwear.com. We’ll make sure to take care of it quickly!
Promo codes cannot be combined or stacked, and must be used within the promotion period—they cannot be applied before or after the offer ends. Promo codes are not valid on previous purchases or items listed on our Last Chance page, as those are already discounted. Promotional pricing is not eligible for price matching.

Product
We offer physical or digital gift cards. They can be shipped or delivered by email. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Reach out to our customer care team if you have questions.
Nani suits are durable and made with high-quality recycled fabric. The delicate spandex fibers of any swimsuit can be damaged, however. Here are some quick tips to help you extend the life of your swim-
Hot water, chlorine, and sunscreen are not your swimsuit's friends. These things are not only hard on suits but can ruin them. The spandex in the fabric is vulnerable to heat and harsh chemicals.
Be diligent about post-wear rinse. Shower off with fresh water as you get out of the pool. Handwash with a gentle detergent when needed. Lay flat to dry out of direct sunlight. Never twist to wring out water.

Check out the Nani SIZING PAGE here. Nani suits run true to size; order your regular dress size. If you are in between sizes, we suggest sizing down on swim. Your suit should fit snug when dry to make sure it stays with you when wet.

We’re extending our return window to make holiday shopping stress-free.
- Extended Holiday Return Policy: Purchases made between November 14, 2025, and December 22, 2025 can be returned through January 14, 2026, as long as they meet all guidelines in our standard Return Policy.
- Regular Return Policy: Orders placed after December 22nd will follow our standard return policy.
Due to the deep, deep discounts, all Nani Last Chance items are final sale.

We understand things don't always work out, and we are happy to help you return items. All you need to return your items is your order number and shipping zip code. If you don't have this information, reach out to our customer care team
Nani offers a 30-day return policy, starting from the delivery date. After this period, items will no longer be eligible for return in our system. If you believe you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out to our customer care team.
Shipping
Nani works hard to get your order shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed on a weekend will ship the next business day. If an express order is placed after 12:00 pm Mountain Time, it will be shipped the next business day.
We have 3 shipping speeds offered at checkout. Keep in mind, all delivery times are estimated.
Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
Fast Pass shipping: 3-5 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Yes! You may choose your order shipping speed at checkout, where calculated rates are provided.
Currently, we only ship to Canada outside of the U.S.
Canada orders: Choose our international flat rate shipping option during checkout. Shipping is estimated at around ten days, but we will email you a tracking number as your order ships.
