Wrong items and slow delivery

Part of my ordered arrived wrong, on top of a long delivery timeframe (ordered 8/20, delivered 9/2). I also never received a code for my first order despite signing up for email and text. Probably won’t try this company again.

The return process was easy enough

The return process was easy enough. They sort of downplay the option for a refund, seem to be hoping that you'll opt for a store credit or re-order or something.
